Warranty

All used laptops, desktops, and components have a 90 day warranty through Hytec Exchange.

 

All new items have a warranty through the manufacturer only.  This warranty varries from product to product. 

 

Condition Brand New - New item, box was never opened or opened for inspection only. All necessary manuals included. Factory warranties and guaranties apply.

Condition Mint - Demo item. Box was opened and item was on the display. All necessary manuals may or may not  be included. Usually guarantied from 30-60 days unless otherwise specified.

Condition Very Good - Item has minor imperfections and less than  normal wear and tear from use. All necessary manuals may or may not  be included. Usually guarantied from 7-30 days unless otherwise specified.

Condition Good - Item has some  imperfections and  normal wear and tear from use.  All necessary manuals may or may not  be included. Usually guarantied from 7-30 days unless otherwise specified.

Condition NOT DOA - Item appears to be working or  has some  imperfections and  normal wear and tear from use. All necessary manuals may or may not  be included. 

Condition AS-IS  - Condition and operation status is unknown or impossible to test  All necessary manuals may or may not  be included. 

We will replace or repair defective product where applicable and in accordance with our 

Return/Exchange Policy:

Please obtain RMA#  (return merchandize authorization) from our representative.

Do not  attempt to return items without authorization. It will be refused. 

We also reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange products if the item is damaged due to your poor return shipping methods and/or packaging. 

All "FINAL SALE" and "AS-IS" items are not refundable for any reason. They were priced accordingly and sold AS-IS for a reason.

Please keep all  paperwork  All returns must include a copy of the original invoice/packing slip or other prove of purchase.   

All items must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped. 

A method of refund will be determined  on case-by-case bases.
