If item is currently featured on one of the WEB Auctions we will not pull it from auction early unless rules of the auction are met

We try to provide as much information about the item as we can, but we are not experts on every item we sell and we also expect that you know what the item is and how to make it function. It's very helpful to contact manufacturer's WEB site for the information and details before purchasing an item.

Our helpful sales representatives will be happy to provide you with current availability and help you choose the best product for your needs. Although our internet inventory database is frequently updated, all products are sold on a "first-come", "first-served" basis and changes rapidly. We cannot guarantee that all displayed products will be available at the time of your request.

Remember, we sell on a "first come", "first-served" basis. We gladly accept business and personal checks, money orders. For credit card payments refer to our payment acceptance policy.

Shipping Policy:

  1. Shipping options are:  UPS, FedEx  

  2. We will ship via the USPS for  smaller weight items (DVD's,  Tapes, etc...).  

  3. Shipping and handling fee are non-refundable, this includes any type of return.  

  4. International shipping rates (outside the USA) are calculated  on a case by case basis,. 

  5. Not all items are allowed  for shipment outside the of United States. 

  6. Shipments within the state of  Maryland will be charged 6% sales tax. 

  8. Return/Exchange Policy:

  9. Please obtain RMA#  (return merchandize authorization) from our representative.

  10. Do not  attempt to return items without authorization. It will be refused. 

  11. We also reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange products if the item is damaged due to your poor return shipping methods and/or packaging. 

  12. All "FINAL SALE" and "AS-IS" items are not refundable for any reason. They were priced accordingly and sold AS-IS for a reason.

  13. Please keep all  paperwork  All returns must include a copy of the original invoice/packing slip or other prove of purchase.   

  14. All items must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped. 

  15. A method of refund will be determined  on case-by-case bases.
