Policies:
No returns or exchanges after 14 days.
Purchase prices at time of order are
final. All Layaways are non-refundable, and all payments
are forfeited after 30 days of non-payment.
Cables can be returned within 14 days
for full refund if unopened.
No returns on new or used computer systems or laptops.
All returns are subject to a 15%
restocking fee. This covers the cost of the transaction,
depreciation, testing, and repackaging.
No returns or exchanges will be
accepted without original receipt.
No returns or exchanges without all original packaging,
manuals, warranty cards, disks, cables, and boxes (all
in new condition).
In-warranty returns are for
repair/replacement only.
Labor and freight charges are
non-refundable. No refund on deposit.
Returns must be made at our store
location. Shipping charges to and from our store are the
customer’s responsibility.
If an item being returned or exchanged
is not in stock, Hytec will obtain a suitable
replacement within 14 days.
Equivalent substitutions will be made
for items that are out of production.
Open software can NOT be returned. We
do not guarantee compatibility. Read the requirements
prior to purchase.
Operating Systems can NOT be returned
opened or unopened (due to Microsoft licensing
restrictions).

inventory database is frequently updated, all products are sold on a "first-come",
"first-served" basis and changes rapidly. We cannot guarantee
that all displayed products will be available at the time of your request.

USPS for smaller weight items (DVD's,
Tapes, etc...).

Shipping and handling fee are non-refundable, this includes any type of
return.

International shipping rates (outside the USA) are calculated on a case by case basis,.

Not all items are allowed for shipment outside the of United
States.

Shipments within the state of Maryland will be charged
6% sales tax.

(return merchandize authorization) from our representative.

poor return shipping methods and/or packaging.

"AS-IS" items are not refundable for any reason.
